The new Grand Regal Series from Cort is based on the popular Grand Auditorium body shape that sits right in between the dreadnought and concert-size shapes for a full but balanced sound. The 45mm(1 3/4") nut width also makes it ideal for fingerstyle playing. The Grand Regal line includes instruments with a top deck made of Sith spruce and a mahogany shell, a top deck made of European spruce and a rosewood shell and a top deck made of red cedar and a black wood shell, which makes the series extremely versatile, in which everyone can find a guitar to their taste.

Grand Auditorium Cutaway Body.
With dimensions of 117mm(4 5/8") body depth, upper bout width at 292mm(11 1/2") and lower bout width at 405mm(16"), the Grand Regal’s body size is perfectly in between the large Dreadnought and the more intimate Grand Concert. This makes the Grand Regal ideal for both strumming/flatpicking and fingerstyle playing and suits the versatile acoustic player who prefers to have one guitar to cover a variety of sounds and playing styles.

Solid Red Cedar Top.
Compared to spruce, cedar is a bit mellower and warmer. The midrange is slightly accentuated with a sweeter top-end, making cedar ideal for players who fingerpick a lot and prefer a slightly rounder and fuller sound.

Bone Saddles.
Crafted out of water buffalo bone for the most natural and transparent transfer of string vibrational energy into the body and neck.

45 mm Nut Width.
A slightly wider nut is better suited for the game of brute force.

Ebony Bridge Pins.
To complement the bone saddle, the Grand Regal Series features ebony bridge pins for enhanced string vibration and a more natural and lush sound.

Fishman Presys EQ.
3-Band EQ, LED Tuner, and Phase control offers sonic flexibility as well as convenience for a variety of playing situations where amplification is needed.

UV coating.
The high-tech coating obtained with the help of ultraviolet radiation is characterized by high strength and scratch resistance. Thin and almost weightless, it improves the natural acoustic resonance of the instrument for its rich and full sound.
