Commonly used as a replacement for metal in the manufacture of bushings and bearings, this extremely durable polymer is ideal for the manufacture of picks. Duraline picks are known for the bright, "beating" sound extracted from the strings, and they are preferred by many solo guitarists for their clear articulation while playing tremolo.
