The home of Canadian acoustic guitars Norman is the small village of La Patrie in Quebec. The village was founded in 1875, and today many Norman workers can trace their ancestry to the earliest settlers.Courage of those pioneers is really impressive, they survived here, despite the severe conditions of harsh winters in dense forests on the slopes of the mountains. Norman is proud of his heritage and these brave people who initiated the creation of a hard-working community that is today engaged in the manufacture of wonderful acoustic guitars.
The first Norman guitars were produced in the early 1970's. Over the next forty years, the company has won its reputation due to the excellent quality and value of the instruments. The popularity of these guitars grew without extensive advertising campaigns, among musicians, who created the distinction of "Canadian guitar".
