The X500 model is reborn in the form of the X500 Menace-a guitar with a modern look and functionality, more gloomy and aggressive suitable for metal and extreme music. Retaining the end-to-end neck mount design for exceptional sustain and access to high frets, the X500 Menace is now equipped with a more popular combination of a mahogany body with a maple top, a reverse neck head, a 7-piece maple/amaranth/panga-panga fingerboard, a variable radius fingerboard, an original FloydRose tremolo and Seymour Duncan Sentient & Nazgul humbuckers for excellent playability, sound quality and a menacingly powerful presence for extreme genres.

Mahogany Body with Maple Top.
The maple top on the mahogany body is a classic combination that simply cannot be surpassed: a dense, sharp, warm, rich, full and melodic sound. In combination with the through-mounting of the neck, the sustain and tone transmission are limitless.

Neck-Thru Body Construction.
When it comes to punching power and sustain, nothing beats a neck-thru construction. Durable, stable and super smooth, it is designed for speed throughout the entire range of the fingerboard.

Seymour Duncan Sentient & Nazgul Humbuckers.
Take your guitar to the center of the earth with the Nazg?l and Sentient high output passive humbucker pickups. The Nazg?l combines a large ceramic magnet with custom winding specs resulting in a perfect blend of note articulation, saturation, pick attack, and one of the most brutal “chugs” you’ll ever hear from a humbucker. The Sentient neck delivers a balanced, versatile tone with pristine cleans and fluid leads under high gain.
