The author's piano school "Hands and keys. The first meeting" is a universal educational complex of two manuals for elementary learning to play the instrument.
Part I contains fundamental information about the history of the piano and its structure, the origin of musical notation, as well as an extensive practical section with detailed methodological comments and basic exercises.
All the musical pieces in the first part of the manual, on which the basic piano strokes are mastered - bright, imaginative, instantly memorable - were composed by the authors themselves to the verses of children's classical poets.
In the second part of the school, a diverse pedagogical repertoire is collected from classical to modern opuses.
